Long term Vice-President and President of the Okanagan Shuswap Conservative Party riding association has announced his intentions to run for the nomination to be the Conservative candidate in the next federal election.
He has resigned his duties as President as of Friday.
“I have been asked by many members of the Party to run again for this nomination and feel with my extensive background within the Party that I would be the best candidate to represent us in the next election. The membership has been in rapid decline recently and I hope to bring back the numbers to historic levels by including those who have not felt included lately” stated Skoreyko.
Skoreyko insists that the people of this area must come first and looks forward to bringing his mixture of experience and energy to the federal stage as the representative of Okanagan Shuswap.
