Notice: Special In-Camera Meeting A Special In-Camera meeting of Council will be helpd September 18, 2006, 2:00 pm, in Council Chambers. (Under section 90(a) of the Community Charter.

Requirements before meeting is closed
92 Before holding a meeting or part of a meeting that is to be closed to the public, a council must state, by resolution passed in a public meeting,
(a) the fact that the meeting or part is to be closed, and
(b) the basis under the applicable subsection of section 90 on which the meeting or part is to be closed.

So, unless this meeting was closed by a resolution at the COW meeting on Friday this meeting is open to the public until it is closed by a resolution passed at the open meeting. !!!
