National PostTime may heal all wounds, but Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay appeared to show yesterday his bitterness toward former girlfriend Belinda Stronach hasn't faded yet. Mr. MacKay was criticized by Ms. Stronach and other Liberals who say he referred to her as a dog during Question Period yesterday. While the millionaire Liberal MP wasn't in the House to hear his comments, one of her colleagues is demanding Mr. MacKay apologize. Ms. Stronach's colleague called Mr. MacKay's behaviour "disgusting."

Mr. MacKay should apologize but unfortunately the damage has already been done, so hopefully the canines will have the grace to overlook the inuendo of similarities to Ms. Stronach.
