City Hall's many names:
Before your next trip to City Hall, it might be best to get a map first. The recent renovations at the municipal offices have given staff the opportunity to rename the different meeting rooms. Some visitors might need some time to get their bearings. So if you find yourself wandering lost in the basement looking for the "Swan Room" it's actually upstairs in the room once known variously as the finance committee room, among other names. If you don't find the "Okanagan Room" just head toward the council chambers which now carry the new moniker. The new name designations were made to reflect the names of the lakes surrounding the City of Vernon.
