Star Vista Developments approached council earlier this year with plans to replace the current complex with a 13-storey tower. The development includes commercial space on the main floor, office space on the second, with residential condo units on the remaining floors. The plans approved by council include four units of affordable housing. A new Elks Lodge will also be included in the new complex. Castanet
