met today to question the accountability and control GVS has over parks, water and development. Vernon Mayor, Wayne Lippert says, they're main objective is to restructure to provide the best service and best price, to the citizens of Greater Vernon. Lippert says, staff won't be cut, if it'll have a negative effect on services. Discussions are continuing at NORD this afternoon.
