The owner of Monashee’s Bar and Grill has arranged to purchase the Kalamalka Hotel and Gerry O’s Cold Beer and Wine Store. The final sale of the hotel, including the pub and liquor store, which are directly across from Monashee's, will go through in March. “It’s just a good opportunity,” said Monashee’s owner Steve Pauls. “It’s a great place and it’s kind of handy that it’s right across from us.”
