Former Vernon Mayor Sean Harvey was arrested Monday pending a court appearance Tuesday. Harvey may have violated the terms of his one year conditional jail sentence for fraudulent use of his city issued credit card. It's alleged he's been seen shopping in Kelowna in possible breach of his sentence.
