DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES
Division 10 of the Local Government Act provides for the imposition of Development Cost Charges by a local government. The District of Coldstream is in the process of reviewing and amending its Development Cost Charge Bylaw, and a background report has been prepared and presented to Council.
In accordance with Section 934(5) of the Local Government Ac,t the District of Coldstream is inviting the public and all interested parties to a public information and input session.
