Voting for the chance to be Hockeyville 2007 closed this morning at 8. Vernon was chosen as one of ten finalists for Kraft Hockeyville earlier this week. Part of the Vernon's entry included a video showcasing our hockey spirit with our own Brian Martin as the MC. The winner will be announced March 17th and will receive 50-thousand dollars to upgrade a community arena and will be featured on a CBC special. The top five cities will be announced tomorrow.
