Will Wrapping of Pine Trees work ?
Pictures below are from trees at Kal Lake Park. Note how high the debarking goes on those trees. Woodpeckers chip away on the bark to get to the larvae of the pine beetle. The debarking indicates how high these beetles attack the tree.

either come up with a comprehensive plan or forget it.The present one is not a plan-it is just throwing our money away!
