Vernon RCMP are still looking for a few good men and women. Constable Trevor Tribes says, they've extended their recruitment deadline for Auxiliary Officers another month. Tribes says, they haven't gotten the response so far they were hoping for. Training will be all day on Saturdays in the fall for 4 months. Tribes says, they're looking for a commitment of at least 160 hours a year. Those interested can pick up applications from the Vernon detachment.
