The City of Vernon has a new employee in place to handle staffing issues. Terry Kustaski will take up duties as the human resources manager June 11. “I am excited about my new role as human resources manager and I look forward to working with staff and the management team at city hall,” he said. Kustaski is relocating from Abbotsford, where he has 25 years of experience. He has been responsible for human resource leadership in health care and the public service. His responsibilities included the implementation and facilitation of the health care labour accord; including the introduction of joint problem-solving initiatives and health care reform. Prior to working in the health care field, Kustaski was responsible for human resource services with the Department of National Defence and a shipyards firm.
DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)
