It's a mega real estate deal. Vernon's Predator Ridge Golf Resort and Development has been sold. Wesbild, a Coquitlam based development company, will take over ownership the end of August. The price hasn't been disclosed. Senior managers have agreed to continue working with the new owners, who will begin planning of a fourth 9-hole course, with construction to begin in 2008. Wesbild has been in Vernon since 2005 when they began developing Turtle Mountain.
