Is bigger better? Vernon's Mayor says the Premier is on record as in favour of one regional district for the entire Okanagan. Wayne Lippert says there are pilot projects underway in the Ft. St. John and Comox areas and it will be on the agenda when they meet at the UBCM with the Minister responsible, Ida Chong. A governance study is being undertaken in the North Okanagan.

Why not just a single government for all of Canada. That would solve all of our problems. OH! Wait a minute, we already have that but it does not seem to work too well. Imagine how much attention Lumby or Enderby woud get from this new governance!
