Enderby loses administrator to regional district. The City of Enderby is without a full-time chief administrative officer. Maggie Knox, who held the position for six years, has moved to the North Okanagan Regional District to become manager of community services.“I enjoyed my time in Enderby but it was time for a change,” said Knox. Among the services Knox will be responsible for at NORD are Silver Star governance, noxious weeds, animal control, transit and parks and recreation in Enderby and Lumby.Presently, Barry Gagnon, former NORD administrator, is serving as interim administrator in Enderby. “We will be hiring a permanent administrator but we won’t get into that for awhile,” said Mayor Sue Phillips.
