Any additional supplement to the utilities mailing like surveys etc. that contain information for the public to use to arrive at a decision etc. have always been approved by the sitting council. I trust that this decision was approved by the council.

Just one more insult to Vernon taxpayers-what arrogance-who is responsible-I bet that nobody has the guts to take responsibility for this.
