• Meetings with individual councils and electoral area directors during February,
2008 with the consultants to the Task Force.
VERNON COUNCIL: February 22, Friday: Special Committee of the Whole re: 2008 Budget and Regional Governance 8:00 am Okanagan Lake Room

• Following those meetings, the consultants would meet with the Task Force at a meeting to be held February 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the offices of the North Okanagan Regional District in Vernon.
• A Council of Councils meeting to be held on March 07, 2008 commencing at 9:00 a.m. at the Capri Hotel in Kelowna.
• The Task Force to meet immediately following the Council of Council meeting on March 07, 2008.
• A draft protocol to be presented to the Task Force at a meeting to be held on March 21, 2008 commencing at 10:00 a.m. in the offices of the Okanagan/Similkameen Regional District in Penticton.
• The final protocol to be presented to the Minister by March 31, 2008.
