The CEO and Mayor are located in the Green and off White Penthouse Trailer at the apex. The trailers wil provide living accommodation for the bureaucrabs who will be providing the first 24-7 day service in B.C. Civic history. (conjugal visits will be arranged for long term silly servants under the recently negotiated labour contracts.) Catering service for this captive audience is out for tender.
Hot air from Council Chambers located in the large trailer at the base of the complex will provide the heating system necessary in this unique architectural design. This is the first in a series of neighbourhood nodes envisioned under the soon to be revised OCP.
