Bylaw No. 2308, 2008
Purpose: A bylaw to allow for a five year financial plan for the period of 2008 – 2012,
inclusive

i. Report from Alan Harris, Chief Financial Officer – February 28, 2008 – 2008 Financial Plan
ii. Bylaw 2308 – Regional District of North Okanagan Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2308, 2008 Third Reading and Adoption

Resolution No. 32
“That third reading given to Bylaw 2308, being Regional District of North Okanagan Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2308, 2008, on January 24,2008 BE RESCINDED, and further

that Bylaw 2308, being Regional District of North Okanagan Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2308,2 008, be amended and given THIRD READING.”

“That Bylaw 2308, being Regional District of North Okanagan Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2308, 2008, be reconsidered and adopted.”

Don Quixote Note: I have no idea what the amendments that are proposed are but hopefully they refer to some of my concerns about the GVSC budget re building up Capital Reserves on the Multiplex and Performing Arts buildings and maybe the deletion of the proposal for a $3 million expenditure for a new NORD building will be deferred until NORD's future is determined !
