The City of Vernon has completed a management shuffle. Starting today, Deputy administrator Marg Bailey is the manager of Administration Services. The long time city employee will oversee seven areas including community policing, human resources and media relations. Long range planner Kim Flick takes over as manager of Planning and Building Services. City engineer Rob Dickenson will add the title of Engineering Services Manager. The changes result from the recent departure of Planning manager Jeremy Kinch.
