Another call centre in the Okanagan is closing for good.Officials with Kelowna-based call centre Sitel are denying any knowledge of a news release indicating the company would be closing its Kelowna operation this summer. Late Friday afternoon, a press release was faxed to Castanet and a number of other media outlets in Kelowna, saying the company would be shutting down August 5. Company officials in Kelowna deny sending the news release and have no knowledge of any pending closure.
