Vernon RCMP are crediting two of their volunteer 'Citizens on Patrol' for saving the life of a suicidal man. The pair were off duty when they heard the dispatch call about a possible suicide attempt.They were able to locate the man because they recalled seeing his vehicle earlier in the day.Police say this pair of citizens on patrol are also responsible for recovering fifty percent of the stolen vehicles found by the C-O-P.
