Grayston says Kelowna will receive payments on a previously determined schedule:

* $1.56 million - March 2009 54%
* $752,000 - July 2009 26%
* $581,000 - July 2010. 20%
Total $2,893,000

It appears that a City could elect to receive up to 80% of its 2009/2010 Traffic Fund money in 2009.

$1,351,532 and 1,465,713 in 2008 In 2007 Vernon Received $495,253 and 580,656 in 2008
(This year 2009 Vernon has a conservative estimate of $500,000 in budget)
(In 2008 the fine revenue was estimated at $402,635 and actual was $580,656. Difference of $178,000 or 44%)
