Government of Canada announces location of new Kelowna Passport Office

Gatineau, Quebec, April 7, 2009 – The Honourable Stockwell Day, Minister of International Trade and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, and Ron Cannan, Member of Parliament for Kelowna-Lake Country, on behalf of the Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of Public Works and Government Services, today announced the future location of the new Passport Canada Office in Kelowna, British Columbia.

“It was a great moment when we got the news that we were being awarded one of the few new passport offices in the country,” said Minister Day. “Our constituents will no longer have to travel to the coast to get their passport services.”

The new Kelowna Passport Office will be located at 110-1835 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC – also known as the Capri Centre in Kelowna.
