Public Hearing scheduled for 5:30 pm at City Hall for the following:
- 1. "1404 Copper Mountain Court Rezoning Amendment Bylaw Number 5194, 2009” AND DVP#00157 (Freestone Enterprises Inc.) Purpose: To rezone the subject lands from R4 - Small Lot Residential to RsA - Duplex Residential, AND TO VARY the minimum front and sideyard setbacks to allow for a strata semi-detached housing development.
- 2. “Zoning Text (C5 – Liquor Primary, Major) Amendment Bylaw Number 5191, 2009” (Rising Tide) Purpose: to amend Zoning Bylaw #5000 by including the use "liquor primary establishment, major" as a Primary Use in the C5 - Community Commercial zone.
- 3. "Zoning Text (R5A – Duplex Residential) Amendment Bylaw Number 5202, 2009" (City of Vernon) Purpose: to amend Zoning Bylaw #5000, to replace reference to "RSA - Duplex Residential" with "R5A - Semi-Detached Residential"
