It's the news thousands of Okanagan residents have been hoping to hear.Emergency officials have rescinded all of the evacuation orders and alerts covering residents living near the Terrace Mountain Fire.It means the 18 residents of Fintry High Farms and the District lots off South Terrace Main can go home and the 46-hundred residents who had been under an alert, can breathe easier.Emergency officials say excellent work by ground and air crews the past few days combined with today's rain have lead to recinding the emergency procedures. The State of Emergency for the Regional District of Central Okanagan is being cancelled.Fintry Provincial Park remains closed as it's still being used as a fire fighting staging and equipment area.
