Gaming revenue will be down for the city

Gaming money at the City of Kelowna will likely be down as well this year.Kelowna is not a part of the direct access grant issue with the province, however, it does have agreements with the local casino circuit to receive what usually amounts to $4 million in revenue.City finance manager Paul Macklem says he expects the city will likely only receive $3.5 million, some $500,000 short of the usual target.
