12,500 customers in the North Okanagan were in the dark for about twenty minutes this morning. BC Hydro's Gene Bryant says the outage lasted from 9:53am until 10:16am. "There were four large feeders that were affected by the substation fault. We don't know the cause but we're looking into that. Crews responded immediately..." The outage affected customers fro Coldstream into Vernon and all the way to Spallumcheen.
