The City of Kelowna has unveiled their 2010 construction map. The interactive map, displayed in Google Maps, provides details of more than $100 million capital improvements underway this year. Residents can log on the City website to can see which new roads, parks, utilities, sidewalks and bike lanes will be constructed including location, descriptions, costs, and estimated start and completion dates.More than 55 major projects will be constructed. Capital projects are approved by Council in the 2010 Financial Plan. To view the map, see the City of Kelowna website.
