DVA Choses Leaders

The DVA has held its board electionsThe Downtown Vernon Association has opted to maintain its leadership. Ruth Hoyte has been reelected president of the business group for another year. Hoyte, an owner of A-E Berry Insurance, says their board will develop their action plan for the coming year soon, but there's no doubt, parking will again by their number one priority. Hoyte says the DVA will also continue to provide valuable input on a number of city committees.Klaus Tribes of K-T's Restaurant is the group's vice president, Trevor Henke of Vernon Teach and Learn is the secretary and Alison Campbell of the Royal Bank of Canada is treasurer.
