The /Okanagan Shuswap/ Electoral District Association of the Green Party of Canada announces a final call for applications to be the Green Party Candidate for the riding.

Applications must be submitted no later than June 30, at which time all applicants' names will be divulged to the public. Two meetings will be held for GPC members to cast their vote, one in Salmon Arm on Tuesday, July 13, at 7:00pm, at the Podollan Inn, 1460 Trans Canada Highway NE, and the the other in Vernon on Wednesday, July 14, at 7:00pm, at the Schubert Centre, 3505 30th Ave.

The winner of the contest will be announced at the end of the second meeting, approximately 9:00pm Wednesday, after a count of the total ballot from the two meetings.
