Peter McIntyre Monday, 21 June 2010 11:19 107/5 KISSFM:Some good news from Greater Vernon water officials about the ten day old boil water notice affecting 15,000 customers on the Duteau Creek source. Renee Clark, senior water quality technologist with Greater Vernon Water, says the notice has been downgraded to a water quality advisory.The boil notice was issued June 12 due to increased turbidity (cloudiness) in the source, caused by rain.
