Vernon-Monashee MLA Eric Foster admits he's feeling the heat over his support for the Liberal government's Harmonized Sales Tax. The NDP says Foster is in political trouble over the tax, pointing out that three-thousand less people voted for him than the 12-thousand-plus who've signed the petition. Foster denies he is ignoring the wishes of his constituents, blames misinformation about the HST and claims that once the tax takes effect in July, people will see there won't be a huge effect on their lives. Foster says he doesn't know if the opposition could lead to a recall campaign against him. When asked if Premier Gordon Campbell would be in Vernon on his BBQ tour this support in support of his beleaguered MLA, Foster said he ``hoped so'' but that Campbell's schedule wasn't set yet. He said the premier will be in the Okanagan.

Foster is so full of it trying to deny that he is ignoring the wishes of his constituents-this guy is so out to lunch he deserves to be recalled just because he is so foolish with his comments and so ineffective as an MLA
