Modestan visits Canadian sister city

Brannon, a member of the Modesto Sister Cities International board of directors, was making her 20th visit to the Canadian city. Modesto has five sister cities. Aside from Vernon, they are Aguascalientes, Mexico; Khmelnitsky, Ukraine; Kurume, Japan; and Vijayawada, India.
