Foster of ``hiding'' rather than taking part in the acrimonious debate over the Harmonized Sales Tax. High-profile New Democrat Adrian Dix says that if Foster respects the over 12,000 people in his riding who signed the petition against the HST, then he should agree to return to the Legislature and let a committee meet to discuss it. Foster is a member of the committee responsible for such matters. He has been on vacation in the U.K. His office says he returns to work next month.
