You are missing the "agenda" forFeb/10 which I presume would include the "overview" paperwhich should include the comments from the committee members! Any idea what time the meetings of Feb10 and Mar25 started?
The only links that I could post are those that are on the NORD website. No idea of times for the meetings in question.
From the March 25th Agenda Package link the meeting was scheduled to take place from 8:30 Am to 10:30AM.
If you check out the minutes the meeting was adjourned at 10:26
The minutes of the Feb. 10 meeting indicate a 5:00 Pm adjournment.
