PRIMECorps' First Annual Report B.C. invested $40.1 million between 2002 and 2007 to implement PRIME-BC (see below) and, by 2008, it was fully implemented throughout the province. PRIMECorp, created in 2003, enabled the creation of this multi-jurisdictional technology. The oversight and direction, including the financial administration of PRIME-BC, is provided by PRIMECorps’ board of directors as set out by its governance policies.
