Don Quixote Note:
Staff has brought back a myriad of revenue and expense items that have changed the tax increase from the .6 % that council finished off at over 3 weeks ago that have brought in a 3.23% decrease. However they are wishing to reestablish a $846,949 Transfers to various Reserve accounts.  This effectively if approved and accepted by Council will bring the tax increase to a .21% ($50,943).
