Greens Get Set For Federal Election - Retired Coldstream Lawyer In The Running


The Green Party is getting ready for a possible federal election this year. A candidate nomination meeting for the Okanagan-Shuswap riding is being held in Vernon Thursday. Three people are running including retired Coldstream lawyer Greig Crockett, restauranteur Chris George from Notch Hill,  and arts advocate Karen Durant who recently moved to Enderby. The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Schubert Centre where the winner will be declared. It will be the second nomination meeting for the three candidates.
