Penticton has small tax decrease for 2011

We then approved our 2011-2015 Financial Plan. I will do a subsequent post on the budget itself, but there will be a tax decrease of 0.5%. It was passed 4-2 with Councillors Jakubeit and Sentes opposed, citing that they would have preferred a zero or small increase as they felt it left the city without enough reserves in case of an opportunity to come forward.
