Water Board awards $300,000 for Okanagan water projects

The Okanagan Basin Water Board is pleased to announce funding for its 2011 Water Conservation and Quality Improvement Grant Program. Some $300,000 has been awarded to 19 projects in the Okanagan that will conserve and improve water in our region, recognizing that we are all part of “One valley. One Water.”

Isn't is amazing that OBWB can feel so generous to distribute money to so many dumb projects and ideas.

This is the way they buy support for their existence-they give the taxpayers money away for these foolish projects. This is a beaurocrap organization to the extreme.
