Coldstream Votes On Million Dollar Question - Referendum with civic election
Coldstream residents will be voting on a borrowing referendum during the November civic election. Councillor Maria Besso says they need a new 1.3 million dollar public works mechanic shop . Besso says it is "not a frivolous want", pointing out if it fails they can't just do the work and then raise taxes to cover it. Besso says there will be an open house before the vote.
