Looks like Don Quixote won again. Back in 2009 I had the winning ticket and posted about it at
http://vernonblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/scratch-and-win-bingo-scam-revivified.html
This years winning ticket with a Kelowna business number to call and Verify Prize also produced a winner. Mine is going into the shredder. If you are a winner and phone this number please provide a comment on your experience. Looks like at best what you have won is the opportunity to listen to a sales pitch about either a vacuum cleaner, security system or a water filtration unit. (Note on back of your winning ticket those who are not eligible to win prizes.)

Buyer beware of bingo game By Examiner Staff Posted 9 months ago
You may have received a card in the mail featuring a bingo game — and a promise of a big prize. Your
odds of winning are fairly good, says a spokesman for the Canadian
Anti-Fraud Centre, perhaps too good.
But it isn't a scam, and it isn't
illegal. "This is a form of marketing that is definitely buyer beware," Daniel Williams told The Examiner Wednesday. "Winners" have to agree to an in-home demonstration of items like expensive vacuum cleaners or air purifiers, Williams said. Williams
said the cards are set up in such a way that casual players may think
they've won a big prize, and about 90% of recipients win a prize — but
the prize usually turns out to be something else. One common
prize, he said, is airfare to Hawaii — provided the "winners" pay for a
week's accommodation at a resort designated by the company. The number listed on the bingo cards circulating in Peterborough has been disconnected. The
Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre is a federal agency that began as Project
Phonebusters, a joint task force between the OPP and RCMP. Anyone who thinks they have been victimized by fraud artists can call 1-888-495-8501
