Acton, who was elected as a councillor in the last election, became Mayor in a by-election after Eric Foster became MLA in 2009. The Returning Officer says so far only three packages have been picked up in Lumby for Mayor or Councillor.Lumby's Mayor wants a full term in the job. Kevin Acton says he is proud of how much has been done. He says he really enjoys the job and thinks council has, " accomplished an absolute ton". He says there is still alot he wants to do.
