Voters didn't tell the chair of the regional district to go, other politicians made up his mind for him. Area "F" director Herman Halvorsen says he won't stand for re-election in November. He says the infighting at the RDNO made it a move he has to take. Halvorsen says frustration with bullying tactics is a prime reason,
pointing to Vernon asking for 21 service reviews about cost and how
services were provided. That he says took up a lot of staff time. He's ready to help whoever takes on the rural Enderby area directorship to settle in.
