Cotter rink heading off to the Brier
It's back to the Brier. Jim Cotter's Vernon rink will represent B.C. at the national curling championships in Saskatoon, Sask. after beating New Westminister's Brent Pierce 7-5 at the B.C. Men's Curling Championships in Parksville Sunday. Along with skip Jim Cotter, the team includes lead Rick Sawatsky, third Kevin Folk and lead Tyrel Griffith. The 2012 Tim Hortons Brier takes place March 3 to 11 at the Saskatoon Credit Union Centre.
