Revitalization Tax Exemption proposed in Vernon.

Tomorrow at the 1:30 Council Meeting will be a discussion on  Tax Revitalization bylaws in the City Centre Area AND the Waterfront area.

To outline two Revitalization Tax Exemption programs to encourage development in the City Centre District and the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Council endorse the two Revitalization Tax Exemption programs for the City Centre District and for the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre, based on the report dated January 25, 2012 from Rob Miles, Planning Assistant, and authorize staff to prepare the associated bylaws for Council's consideration.
