• - SEWER USER RATES BYLAW #5400 (P. 272)
  Residential properties will see a 2.5% increase in the base and flat fees.
  Commercial and Public Institution properties will see the addition of a commercial base fee and a 2.25% increase in flat fees.Legal Secondary Suites will be exempted from an additional base charge.

  5. Load Restrictions on various roadways
     As requested by Council the effect of various vehicles on road condition is represented in the following figure. Further to Council's request the consideration of load restrictions and truck restrictions on particular roads such as local, collector or arterial, including 27th Street, will be considered as part of the 2013 Transportation Plan and presented to Council for consideration.
