A potential fourth candidate is waiting to see if he'll be running in Vernon-Monashee in the provincial election. Korry Zepik of Vernon says his main focus would be the environment and especially stopping pipelines. He says "We need to make sure that we've got something going on, where we've got people who will block the pipeline." Zepik says he's also concerned about the tar sands. "We need to block the tar sands because if we don't, we're going to end up with increased greenhouse gas emissions." Zepik has worked on past Green Party campaigns. "As a father, I decided I was going to jump into the fray as an independent and see what I could do about raising awareness about this issue, and about how we need to vote a little bit more with our heads and hearts, than with our wallets." He's now waiting for approval from Elections B.C.
DON QUIXOTE VS. CITY HALL When an American gets mad, he says "where's my Gun". When a Canadian gets pissed off he says "Where is my pen, I'm going to send a letter to the EDITOR". When the EDITOR won't publish his letter he sets up his own BLOG page. When I received enough support to get a Council Seat the dogma of the establishment became : "Better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside pissing in." (Only time will tell !)
